1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or subscribe to our newsletter. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

2. Our Content

Games, artwork, characters, writing, music, branding, and other site materials belong to Quiet Volcano Games or their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and play available games for personal, non-commercial use. Unless separately permitted or allowed by law, you may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit these materials.

Separate licenses or purchase terms provided with a game or other product take precedence for that product where they conflict with these website terms.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the website, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate someone else, or use automated or deceptive methods to manipulate polls. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect users and the service.

4. Planned Patreon Polls

Patreon voting is planned and may not yet be available. When offered, each poll will specify its options, eligibility, closing time, and any membership-tier vote weights. You must authorize Patreon access to verify membership; only active patrons of our campaign who meet the poll's stated requirements are eligible.

Unless a poll states otherwise, one vote record is allowed per Patreon account per poll. Attempts to bypass voting rules may be excluded. We may correct errors or suspend or cancel a poll affected by abuse or technical problems. A poll guides our creative decisions but does not guarantee a particular feature, release date, or deliverable unless we expressly say otherwise.

Patreon memberships, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Patreon and the applicable membership offer. This website does not change those arrangements.

5. Newsletter, Privacy, and External Services

Newsletter signup is optional, and you can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

External services, including Patreon and linked stores or communities, have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or operation.

6. Availability and Liability

The website and previews are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Features, content, and development plans may change, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Keep backups of game saves where supported.

To the extent permitted by law, Quiet Volcano Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Changes and Contact

We may revise these terms as the website evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date and apply to future use; additional notice will be provided where required by law.
