1. Information We Handle

2. Newsletter

We use Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and send updates and offers. Information you submit through the signup form is transferred to Brevo for this purpose. See Brevo's Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe using the link in our newsletter emails.

3. Planned Patreon Voting

Patreon-connected voting is a planned feature, not a service introduced by this policy. When available, signing in through Patreon will let us verify your identity and membership in our campaign. We intend to process your Patreon user ID, membership status, entitled tier information, and vote choice and time to check eligibility, apply the poll's tier weights, and prevent duplicate votes.

Patreon handles your login; you should never give us your Patreon password. Authorization tokens are used to access the information you authorize. Public results are intended to show aggregate totals, not individual identities or vote choices. Authorized administrators may access individual vote records to manage polls. We will update this policy to reflect the actual implementation before launch.

You can revoke the application's access through Patreon. Revoking access does not automatically delete information already collected; contact us to request deletion. Patreon also processes information under its own privacy policy.

4. Service Providers and Browser Storage

The website uses Amazon Web Services for hosting and content delivery. Newsletter, externally hosted assets, and linked platforms may involve other providers receiving technical information when your browser connects to them. Following an external link is subject to that service's policies.

Games and site features may store preferences or progress in your browser. You can clear this data through your browser settings, but doing so may reset saved progress or preferences. Third-party services may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

Personal information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect our services and users.

5. Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as needed for the purposes described here, including managing subscriptions, resolving requests or disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Limited suppression records may be kept to respect an unsubscribe request. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
